Today BABYMETAL announced that the “10 BABYMETAL BUDOKAN” Doomsday dates III-VI, the 4 shows in February, have sold out. Days I & II, which are in just a couple of days, still have tickets available on the PIA website. Likewise, the results for the last THE ONE lottery for Super Mosh tickets are announced today at 1 PM (so winners have just a few hours notice).
BABYMETAL shared an updated image, as well as updated the special website for the shows. When they did so however, they mistakenly put up the remaining 4 dates, which were not made public yet. These were expected by fans to be revealed at the shows this week, as the merch for the shows includes 2 T-shirts that have the dates on the back (the preview image is blurred), and will ship in early February. It was quickly put back to how it was before, but not before fans saw it and it was saved to the Internet Archive.
Given that the first show is in less than 24 hours, it’s not a very anticipated leak, and should be up officially soon.
The last 4 dates for these shows then are:
DOOMSDAY – VII / Monday, March 15th – OPEN 17:30 / START 19:00
DOOMSDAY – VIII / Tuesday, March 16th – OPEN 17:30 / START 19:00
DOOMSDAY – IX / Wednesday, April 14th – OPEN 17:30 / START 19:00
DOOMSDAY – X / Thursday, April 15th – OPEN 17:30 / START 19:00
Many fans expected the dates to be much later in the year, given that they were withheld. Another surprising thing is that the time is at 7 PM, so BABYMETAL expect that by that time the current government restrictions will be lifted.
