This is a blu-ray set for the 2 MOAMETAL birthday shows from this year in her hometown. It will include her playing guitar for Shine.
BABYMETAL and ESP announced 2 new guitars (and some guitar picks), a full size guitar and another mini guitar. Full information here.
These would be the first THE ONE shows since LEGEND S (Night 1) in December 2017, 2 years ago. They will also be the first shows in Japan in small venues since the Five Fox Festivals in the summer of that same year.

Many theaters in Japan closed because of Typhoon Hagibis, when the Forum stream was supposed to happen. As a result, they now offer refunds, and will show a “delayed viewing” next month.
This is a live-stream of The Forum show in Los Angeles to theaters in Japan. This is the most extensive ever, with over 50 venues!
